Delivery and installation requirements vary by equipment type, order quantity, custom fabrication and project location. Final commitments are documented in the approved quotation or contract.
Delivery scope
Unless expressly included in writing, prices do not automatically include freight, unloading, civil works, electrical supply, plumbing, accommodation, permits or third-party machinery. Risk, transport responsibility and delivery location are confirmed before dispatch.
Manufacturing and delivery timelines
Estimated timelines begin after technical approval, agreed advance payment and receipt of all information required for production. Custom manufacturing, imported components, weather, transport disruption and customer-requested changes may affect schedules. We communicate material changes as early as reasonably possible.
Customer site readiness
The customer is responsible for safe site access, completed civil works, suitable utilities, secure storage and any lifting or handling equipment identified in the project plan. Delays caused by an unready or unsafe site may require rescheduling and additional charges.
Inspection and acceptance
Customers should inspect delivered quantities and visible condition promptly. Shortage or transit-damage concerns should be documented with photographs and reported within 48 hours. Commissioning or handover records may be used to confirm installation completion.
