General coverage
Where a warranty applies, it ordinarily covers verified defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use. Our remedy may include inspection, repair, replacement of the affected component or another reasonable solution at our discretion and subject to the agreed terms.
Common exclusions
Warranty does not ordinarily cover normal wear, consumables, corrosion caused by unsuitable water or chemicals, voltage fluctuation, accidental damage, misuse, overloading, poor maintenance, unauthorised modification, incorrect storage, civil or utility defects, or installation performed contrary to supplied guidance.
Making a support request
Provide the invoice or project reference, product name, installation location, operating history, photographs or video and a clear description of the issue. Do not continue operating equipment where doing so may create a safety risk or worsen damage.
Parts and after-sales assistance
We aim to support customers with troubleshooting guidance, service planning and replacement components subject to availability. Response time depends on location, fault complexity, technician scheduling and parts stock.
No implied production guarantee
Equipment performance is affected by flock health, management, feed, water, power, climate, maintenance and building conditions. A product warranty does not guarantee biological or financial outcomes.
